'Winning in Tendering' success for ECUS and PANAGRAPH

ECUS and Panagraph Performance Management are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a 3 year contract for the provision of Sustainable Development Services for the 'Winning in Tendering' project. The partners involved in the project are Bangor University, Dublin City University and the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (IIPM).
'Winning in Tendering' has declared an intention to be a best practice example for future projects to follow with regard to adopting a sustainable approach to its project activities and working methods and wishes to align with Wales' and Ireland's National Sustainable Development Strategies.
ECUS will work with the teams in Bangor and Dublin to develop a sustainability policy and decision-making tools through workshops and consultations to assist the team in making sustainable decisions. The teams are keen to create a sustainable working environment and also to encourage the companies and organisations they work with to think about how their economic activities impact on society and the environment. In order to assist the team achieve tangible outputs, Panagraph will provide performance management software to deliver the bespoke, practical, user-friendly and innovative tools and techniques that will monitor the environmental, social and economic impact of project activity throughout the life of the project. These KPIs will be audited annually.
ECUS and Panagraph work together to deliver enhanced performance management and employee awareness in all areas of sustainability.
