Steve Jenkinson - Associate Consultant
Steve's lead role at Sheffield City Council (SCC) over a period of 20 years (from 1986 to 2006) covered four Audit Commission housing inspections that progressed to maximum 3 star awards.
At SCC he transformed their housing technical client becoming Director of Investment for Sheffield Homes, and was heavily involved in the procurement & implementation of a £50m per annum repairs and maintenance partnership.
Steve has extensive construction management experience ranging across hospitals, schools and housing (including a key role in the preparation and implementation of the £700 million Decent Homes Investment Programme at SCC).
Steve is a very keen "biker" and has recently crossed the US 'the long way round' on a Harley Davidson.
